It’s been quite a slow week here at Jamaraz HQ, as I’ve been ill for most of the week since my last email…

For those out of the loop, basically for the last week or so I’ve been hosting a charity fundraiser sale in aid of two charities; War Child and CALM.
I’ve been selling EXCLUSIVE vinyl/CDs featuring music from my various different aliases, like Sammy Phase, Sweat Glass Halo, Glinter, etc.
All of these different aliases are characters in my Jamaraz Music Universe.
This compilation is called ‘Across My Universe’!

New Song Incoming – “Deer In Your Headlights” >
If you’ve been following along with my projects lately, you know that for the last couple months I’ve been working up to releasing a NEW ALBUM under the fictional band name Glinter.
That album, called ‘Nowhere Like Always’ comes out NEXT Saturday, but THIS Saturday, I thought I’d cheekily release one more single ;-)

Sorry For No Videos!
I feel really bad!!!! I’m normally quite good at keeping up with regular YouTube videos, but I’ve just been so busy lately.
First it was setting up the whole charity sale thing, THEN last Friday I got ill, which kept me in bed from then until Tuesday (yesterday).
So yeah, it’s been a bit rubbish (as being ill usually is), but to be honest I’ve been extremely productive.
When I’m ill, I find it quite hard to be creative, so I make the most out of my bed-ridden periods and do a lot of admin-y work stuff, and I’ve honestly gotten a couple months worth of work done in the last few days!
The Reason I’m Probably Ill
…is because on Thursday last week, I went on a day out with my girlfriend to the Peak District, and we walked around this place called Dovedale.
It’s a place known for a scenic walk along a river through a valley, featuring famous stepping stones that allow you to cross to the other side and back.
Well. The day we went there it had been raining a ton the night before, and the river was a lot higher than normal, so much so that the water literally just flowed straight over the stepping stones.
So we had to walk through the river. And I did. In my shoes. Twice. And my feet were wet and cold the whole day. And that’s probably why I got ill the next day.
But it was fun.
That’s us, two blondies on a hill. Vanillaheads, if you will.
